1. Data controller
IUNOVRA is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Privacy enquiries and requests may be sent to info@iunovra.com.
2. Data we process
When you submit a briefing request, the website sends your name, organisation, email address, area of interest, message and privacy acknowledgement to IUNOVRA through Resend, our email-delivery provider. Your email address is included so we can reply. The website does not maintain a separate database of these requests; correspondence and delivery records may be retained in our email services. Please do not submit confidential or sensitive information. The hosting infrastructure may process technical logs, such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, timestamp and security events. Temporary request counters and a short-lived form token help protect the form from abuse.
3. Privacy-focused website analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate page traffic and website performance. It is configured as a privacy-focused, cookie-free service and is not used by IUNOVRA to build individual visitor profiles or track people across unrelated websites. Cloudflare processes limited technical and performance information to provide these aggregate measurements.
4. Purposes and legal bases
We process contact information to respond to requests and develop potential business relationships. Technical and aggregate analytics data is processed to provide, secure, maintain and improve the website. Depending on the context, the legal basis is our legitimate interest, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract or a legal obligation.
5. Sharing and international processing
Data may be handled by hosting, analytics, email, security and professional-service providers. Resend processes form submissions for email delivery, and Infomaniak provides our receiving email service. See Resend’s privacy policy for details of its processing. We do not sell personal data. Service-provider processing may involve locations outside the European Economic Area; relevant provider terms and transfer safeguards apply.
6. Retention
We keep correspondence only as long as reasonably required for the purpose of the exchange, legitimate business follow-up, legal obligations and the protection of legal rights. Technical and aggregate analytics data is retained according to the policies of the relevant infrastructure provider.
7. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent where consent is used. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.
8. Updates
We may update this notice as the website and our processing evolve. The date above identifies the current version.
